    Positive: La vue est magnifique , la maison est au calme . Alexandre vous accueille et prend son temps Ce qui est très agréable . Très bien situé pour les différentes activités , marche , vélo , bateau , plage . La terrasse est formidable pour y vivre quand il fait chaud . Negative: La piscine plus froide que le lac (non chauffée )et pas agréable, pas d’aménagement autour . Pour le prix les prestations sont légères . Manque de vaisselle pour cuisiner , casserole . Poêle ,Robot .fer à repasser . L’étage est impraticable pour dormir tellement il y fait chaud . La VMC est très très bruyante , nous avons dû la couper , impossible de dormir .

    A spacious house in a lovely part of St Jorioz with beautiful views of the lake all the way to Annecy itself. Walkable into town for coffee and groceries. There is also lots of space for big groups, and separate living areas giving lots of flexibility. Aurelien was very responsive via text message and he was quick to sort out any issues we had. On the downside, the kitchen could be better equipped for a house at this price point. And a note for groups with kids or the elderly - the stairs are quite hazardous, opening right off the kitchen and with no handrail. We’ve raised this with the landlord to hopefully avoid serious accidents similar to what happened during our stay.

  5. notre séjour en juillet à St Jorioz

    Tres bon contact avec l'équipe, emplacement avec une vue superbe, à quelques km du lac, pas de bruit. Maison spacieuse, agréable pour 8 personnes, avec une grande terrasse et une belle piscine. Mais les équipements sont installés à l'économie, c'est dommage pour une location à ce prix.

    Our stay at the villa was overall very good. The location of the house, as well as the view were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the bbq area with the view overlooking the lake. Aurelien was also very responsive to our requests. Just a few points of improvement for next time: - the pool was not clean on our arrival, and there were no lounge chairs to sit by the pool so we were not able to use it. - one of the toilets was not flushing, so we were 8 people sharing 2 bathrooms. It was a bit crowded. - the double bed is way too small to sleep 2 adults. -for the 330 euro cleaning fee that we paid, it was a bit disappointing that we were expected to remove the sheets, do the dishes (we had to buy dish soap) and throw the trash (which was a distance from the house and only reachable by car). - we had to buy toilet paper and hand soap, as there was not enough for 8 people over 3 days. I would recommend staying here despite these hiccups, as the view and the scenery were really beautiful.

    The house offers a very beautiful view on the lake and surrounding mountains, and it is located in a quiet and peaceful area. It is generally comfortable, however it is still undergoing renovations. For the time being, many finishing touches are missing, and the quality standard is lower than expected for this price range (we paid around 665€ / night, fees included). Despite this disappointment on value for money, my family and I spent a pleasant weekend in Saint-Jorioz.
