Tolle Wohnung alleine oder zu zweit, als Pärchen - Zentrumsnah und ruhig
Positive: Der Anbieter hatte telefonischen Kontakt mit mir , wir hatten uns mit der Ankunftszeit abgestimmt. Zum Empfang wurde ich mit dem Auto gleich in die zugehörige Tiefgarage geführt. Das Apartment liegt im 5. Stock und ist mit dem Fahrstuhl direkt aus der Tiefgarage erreichbar. Zur Wohnung wurden alle nötigen Auskünften gegeben. Telefonisch war ein Kontakt jederzeit möglich! Zur Wohnung gehört eine gut ausgestattete Küche in der ich auch gut zurecht kam. Bad und Dusche waren sehr sauber und gut aufgeteilt. Das Schlafzimmer war direkt angrenzend hinter dem Bad (keine weitere Tür war für mich alleine kein Problem) . Bett und Matratze waren gut . Toilette war in einem separaten Raum. Eine Waschmaschine (sogar mit Trocknerfunktion) seht in einem Extrazimmer zur Verfügung. Dort befindet sich auch der Kleiderschrank zur Wohnung. Die Aussicht bietet einen Anblick über die Dächer der Stadt im Hintergrund die Berge und Kirche am Berg. Negative: Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer könnten mal erneuert werden. Ob sich das Sofa als Schlafsofa für weitere Gäste eignet ist etwas fraglich ( möglicherweise ist es aber bereits ausgetauscht ).

The Kaliste apartment was exactly as the listing showed, very spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. It was helpful to have the Casino Shop (grocery store) on the ground floor of the building to grab the occasional grocery item (rather than walking to the larger shops in town). I did not have a car, so I cannot comment on the parking. If there was one thing I would change, it would be the sofa. It’s a sofa bed (which I did not use so I can’t say if the bed was comfortable) whic is dated and very uncomfortable to sit on. The neighbor across the hall was not the most pleasant, but is likely frustrated at living across from an Airbnb. I hadn’t even been in the apartment for 24 hours, and she had left a note on my door asking me not to slam it. Overall, the apartment was an excellent home away from home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others!

Positive: Good location, nice views. The property had a good kitchen and the bathroom was clean. It has a garage and a small supermarket nearby. Negative: The property was a little dusty and needed airing on arrival. The second bedroom is used as storage and had a mop bucket with rubbish in it. There were also some clothes left in the wardrobe which gave the feeling of staying in someone’s home. The toilet ceiling was missing its hatch and made a sound constantly. The wifi never worked which the management company were made aware of on our first day…our named contact never acknowledged the message nor responded. A follow up email to the office did receive a response but only to confirm the password which wasn’t the issue. The neighbours are also quite unwelcoming - there are several notices all over the communal areas and if you see them, they like to personally remind you to close all the doors quietly.

Well equipped living room / kitchen, entry & departure arrangements spoilt our stay
Positive: Well appointed apartment in a good location with decent views Negative: Poor communication. We asked a number of times could we arrive before the 4pm standard time, and we’re told that our concierge ( Thomas ) would be in touch 24-48 hours prior to our stay to confirm and arrange collection of the keys. Thomas did not get in touch until the morning of our stay. We got a text when we were two hours into our six hour journey telling us that he would not be available until 4.30pm, but may arrive earlier. We next received a text at 3.30pm saying that he would meet us between 4.15-4.20pm We were due to leave at 10am, but received a text from Thomas the evening prior to departure asking could we leave by 9.40am. If not he said we could wait til 11-30-11-45am We felt that we had to arrive - leave at Thomas’s convenience, and have never before had any such difficulties getting into or leaving a property The main bedroom is very small, with only one bedside table No storage or wardrobes at all in the main bedroom, all in the tiny second bedroom There was an access panel missing in the toilet with what appeared to be a water tank exposed and the sound of what sounded like running water was very annoying when trying to get to sleep Could do with a simple sheet with instructions for the lift / garage / entrance door and tv This appears to be a well appointed residential apartment. On our arrival ( before we had even unpacked the car ) one of the residents followed me to the car park and asked me to ensure that we closed our door quietly. Not the most pleasant welcome

Le seul bémol que nous avons rencontré c’est le bruit de la ventilation des toilettes et de la salle de bain en continue et très forte. La communication avec la Conciergerie était compliquée. Nous n’avons pas eu de réponses à nos demandes. Sinon logement au calme. La procédure d’arrivée et de départ sont nickel. Le garage est un réel atout.

Positive: Perfetto per una famiglia o gruppo di 4/5 persone. Ci ha colpito la sobrietà dell'appartamento che si è dimostrato finemente accessoriato. In cucina non mancava nulla: piano per cottura elettrico pulitissimo e sicuro, microonde, forno classico, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina per il caffè in capsule e bollitore. Cappa aspirante con telecomando! Il divano letto è di dimensioni generose: due adulti, anche se il materasso potrebbe essere più confortevole. Nell'appartamento gestione domotica del riscaldamento, tapparelle elettriche, sistema di ventilazione meccanizzata. Televisione, wi-fi con prestazioni eccellenti! Compreso nella prenotazione box privato condominiale con telecomando: si entrava e usciva restando seduti in auto. Inoltre il condominio dà molta sicurezza avendo diversi sistemi di accesso protetti da chiave elettronica e codici d'accesso. L'appartamento è al quinto e ultimo piano: si gode di una bella vista. Negative: Dò come suggerimento il confort dei letti migliorabile: sia per il divano letto che per il letto matrimoniale. La rimessa ha rampe di accesso piuttosto strette e ripide: se avete auto voluminose potreste incontrare delle difficoltà di manovra. Il box è di dimensioni contenute: la mia Toyota Prius (lunga 4,5 metri) ci stava giusta, anche qui se avete auto grandi potrebbe nascere un problema nell'uso. Avendo una buona connessione internet potrebbe essere carino un abbonamento a una payTV.

Bon séjour qui nous a permis de visiter Annecy et de profiter de la fête de l'Estive
Positive: Merci a Thomas qui nous attendait devant l'immeuble et nous a conduit directement au garage fermé en sous sol ce qui est un plus . Puis il nous a fait visité l'appartement super agréable vue sur la montage ,très clair et bien aménager . Jolie suite parentale !! Tout est a proximité Negative: Rien a dire tout était parfait

Nous avons pris cet appartement pour recevoir de la famille sur Annecy. L'appartement est bien situé, confortable, bien équipé et correspond à la description. Notre famille a passé un agréable séjour. Le parking privé et couvert est un vrai plus pour ceux qui viennent en voiture (ou en moto) : se garer sur Annecy n'est pas toujours évident... La communication avec la Conciergerie du Lac s'est bien passée. Je recommande.

Appartement très agréable sur Annecy
Appartement confortable, chaleureux et très lumineux, avec toutes les commodités. L'endroit est très calme et également à 5 minutes à pieds du centre ville. La résidence est très bien entretenue et de plus, très pratique avec un garage. Très satisfaite de l'accueil, je recommande fortement.
