L’appartement est très bien, beau et spacieux. Il est bien équipé et a des grosses chambres. L’emplacement très bien aussi, à 5min à pieds du centre. Il y a une route qui passe à coté, mais c’est bien insonorisé à l’intérieur.

Conveniet, comfortable, modern stay
Positive: A lot of space, clean, bright (very big windows) nice terrace (yes ther eis a road in front but traffic is not the heaviest), very friendly and communicative check in and check out. Location is perfect, you are almist in the old town, you are at walking distance to everything. The garage is a big plus. Negative: nothing

The host was flexible about the arrival time, provided several local recommendations, communicated well. She even helped us with our parking situation to avoid fees! Maison très agréable et confortable. Quelques ajustements sur la communication entre les différents intervenants car arrivée un peu compliquée. A noter qu’une seule place de parking est disponible pour 8 personnes.

We recently stayed at the kube and had an overall great experience. The location was perfect for our needs (close to the city center and the train station) and the house was clean and well-maintained. Ouafaa was a friendly and accommodating host, always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. However we did encounter a minor issue withe the checkout process. We had requested a late checkout, which we believed had been confirmed, but on the day of departure, we werew rushed out of the house. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication between us and the host about the late checkout, which resulted in some inconvenience. Dispite this hiccup, we appreciated Ouafaa’s responsiveness and efforts to resolve the issue. Overall, I would still recommend this Airbnb to others, as the house was fantastic and the host was friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Magnifique appartement, très propre et confortable. Il est très spacieux et permet de séjourner à Annecy avec tout le confort dont on peut avoir besoin. Proche du lac et du centre d'Annecy, il est possible de visiter la ville sans prendre la voiture. Ouafaa nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a été à notre écoute durant tout notre séjour. Je ne peux que recommander cet appartement ! Nous y avons passé un excellent week-end !

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end entre filles dans ce logement. Il est fidèle aux photos, même encore mieux car il possède une belle terrasse que l'on voit peu sur les photos. Une chambre est accessible sans avoir à prendre d'escaliers. Il y a une place de parking en garage réservée pour ce logement. Il est également facile de trouver une place proche dans la rue. Nous avons fait toutes nos sorties à pieds, ce qui est un vrai plus.

SUBLIME ! Idéalement situé à l'entrée de la vieille ville, absolument parfait. Nous étions 10 et la villa est très spacieuce, décoré avec goût, la literie est de qualité. Jérôme nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et professionnalisme, disponible et arrangeant. C'est les yeux fermés que nous vous recommandons cette villa.
